1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quarryx.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Quarryx.xyz is a cryptocurrency exchange aggregator that facilitates peer-to-peer cryptocurrency swaps through third-party exchange providers. We do NOT custody funds or execute trades directly.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited
• Not be on any sanctions list or restricted persons list
• Possess a valid access key issued by an authorized administrator

4. Access Keys

• Required for Access: A valid access key is required to use the Service.
• Key Validity: Keys are valid for 1 year from issuance unless revoked.
• Non-Transferable: Keys are personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke keys for violation of these terms.
• No Refunds: Keys are non-refundable once issued.

5. Use of Service

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for legitimate cryptocurrency exchanges in compliance with applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Share your access key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems (bots) to abuse the Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in wash trading or market manipulation

6. Transactions

6.1 Third-Party Exchanges

All cryptocurrency swaps are processed by third-party exchange providers. We act only as an intermediary and do NOT control the execution of trades.

6.2 Transaction Finality

WARNING: Cryptocurrency transactions are IRREVERSIBLE. Once a transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be canceled or reversed. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying wallet addresses before sending funds
• Ensuring you send the correct amount
• Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency transactions
• Accepting exchange rate fluctuations

6.3 Transaction Fees

Exchange rates displayed include provider fees. Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are your responsibility.

6.4 Failed Transactions

We are not responsible for failed transactions caused by:

• Incorrect wallet addresses
• Insufficient funds
• Network congestion or delays
• Third-party exchange provider issues
• Blockchain forks or technical issues

7. Risks and Disclaimers

7.1 Cryptocurrency Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk, including but not limited to:

• Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate dramatically
• Loss of Funds: You may lose some or all of your funds
• Technical Risks: Software bugs, network issues, or smart contract vulnerabilities
• Regulatory Risks: Changing laws may affect cryptocurrency legality
• No Insurance: Cryptocurrency transactions are not insured or protected by government agencies

7.2 No Investment Advice

We do NOT provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The Service is for informational and transactional purposes only.

7.3 Service Availability

We do NOT guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Specific exchange rates
• Transaction completion times

8. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• IP address logging for legal compliance
• Transaction data retention (3 months)
• Sharing data with law enforcement when legally required

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT responsible for losses due to theft, hacking, or unauthorized access
• We are NOT liable for third-party exchange provider failures
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid us (if any)
• We do NOT custody your funds and cannot recover lost or stolen cryptocurrency

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quarryx.xyz, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your transactions or trading activities

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason
• Refuse service to anyone
• Revoke access keys without notice for terms violations
• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time

12. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including:

• Tax reporting requirements
• Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements (where applicable)
• Securities laws
• Import/export controls

13. Dispute Resolution
